Delicious Traditional Hummus Recipe
1 cup of Jalepeno chillies *(Optional)
1 lemon Freshly squeezed
3 garlic cloves
2 Tablespoons Olive oil
3 Tablespoons of Tahini
1 teaspoon of Cumin seeds
Himalayan salt to taste
Place all ingredients above into a blender/ food processor and blend till smooth consistency. Pour into a bowl and add a dash of olive oil on top with a sprinkle of paprika.
Serve with crackers of your choice. Alternatively, carrots, cucumber or celery sticks.
